Returns and Exchanges

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for full credit within 30 days less any shipping charges.  Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. Your return must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

1.       The item must be unused and in the original condition that it was sent, including all tags, packaging and accessories. Clothing must be unwashed. Videos and accessories must be unopened.

2.       Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3.       Mounted skis + bindings are not refundable.

4.       Special orders are not refundable.

5.       When returning items to us, we recommend shipping UPS or USPS insured. We do not accept C.O.D's.

6.       Merchandise paid with a credit card will be credited to your credit card account. Once the item has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception would be the case of a defective product. Customer service is available Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM-4:00 PM EST.

Please use the following procedure for any return:

Please call 1(866) 754-3376 or e-mail us at customerservice@ski-depot.com for your return authorization number (RA #). Place the packing slip that came with your shipment in the package you are returning with an explanation for the return on the reverse side. We do not accept returns of used or customer-damaged merchandise. Any items returned in new condition with packing slip will be refunded at full price less any shipping and handling charge.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If something isn’t right with the product you receive, whether it is the color or size, all you will need to do is place a new order for the merchandise you would like. While we ship out your new order, call us to get a return merchandise authorization number and send the original merchandise back to us. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the full amount less shipping in the original form of payment.

NO RETURNS ON SUPPLIER INVENTORY/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
