BP99 Base Prep Soft is a soft glide wax with a low melting point, ideal as the first layer of wax on new skis or snowboards. It helps condition the base for future waxing and is especially suited for use in Hot Boxes. When using a Hot Box, the temperature must not exceed 55°C (130°F) to avoid damaging the base. BP99 is commonly used by racing service professionals and ski factories as part of the ski preparation process.
